Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026. This policy covers the LLM Lanes website (llmlanes.com), its sister site Tok Lanes (toklanes.com), and the Lanes YouTube Uploader integration used to publish videos to the owner's channels.

Who we are

LLM Lanes (llmlanes.com) and Tok Lanes (toklanes.com) are operated by Matthew Rutledge. "We" and "us" on this page mean Matthew Rutledge as the operator of these sites and channels.

YouTube API Services

Our application, Lanes YouTube Uploader, uses YouTube API Services. It requests these Google OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload - to upload videos.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl - to manage videos, playlists, and channel details.

These scopes are used only to upload videos to, and manage, the owner's own three YouTube channels. Lanes YouTube Uploader does not access, collect, store, or manage any other user's YouTube data.

Use of YouTube through this integration is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What data is stored

Lanes YouTube Uploader stores only:

  • Upload metadata for videos on the owner's channels: titles, descriptions, thumbnails, visibility settings, and video IDs.
  • OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens issued by Google) needed to act on those channels, kept privately on the owner's own servers.

No other data is stored. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.

Website cookies and third parties

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. It does not use browser local storage.

Like any website, requests pass through our hosting and network providers (including Cloudflare), which may process standard technical request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not use that data to identify or track visitors.

The 3D bot-game pages under /games/ load the three.js library from the jsDelivr CDN (cdn.jsdelivr.net), so your browser contacts jsDelivr when you open those pages. The site does not embed YouTube players; links to YouTube and other sites take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Data retention and deletion

OAuth tokens are kept only while Lanes YouTube Uploader is in use and are deleted when access is revoked or no longer needed. Upload metadata is kept as a record of the owner's own published videos.

Revoking access

Access granted to Lanes YouTube Uploader through a Google account can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings:

Once access is revoked the stored tokens stop working, and we delete them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
